I graduated from Harding Academy and went to Delta State University where i received a Criminal Justice/Psychology degree.  I worked at Criminal Court in Memphis before pursing a teaching career at Southaven High School.  I taught 9th-12th grade English and Law Related.  I have been at Lewisburg Middle School since it opened and have taught 8th grade English, 6th-8th grade Social Studies and now am in the Special Education department in 7th grade.  I have coached cheer and dance teams at LMS and now am the assistant volleyball coach for LMS.

I have two sons who graduated from Lewisburg High School and both played soccer at Northwest Community College.  They are now both firemen, one in Hernando and the other in Olive Branch.

Students should always have paper, pencil, laptop, and notebook. Handouts and notes should always be located in the notebook for easy access.
